Deverell Contracting is a busy forestry-based company located in Kamloops BC. Our company specializes in building log roads and bridges.

The ideal candidate would:

Be able to move equipment to backroad locations with minimum 3 years experience.

Work independently, be on time, have good communication skills, time management, problem solving, safe responsible decision making and excellent organization skills.

Knowledge of axle weights, permitting and CVIPS

Experience safely loading and unloading heavy machine equipment.

Mechanical knowledge.

We offer a competitive wage, negotiable based on experience. We also offer a benefit package (split 50/50) after 3 months of employment.

We aim to take all weekends off, but depending on the job, an odd weekend day may be required.
