Location: Edmonton and surrounding areas
Wage: $18–$19/hour
Must have a personal vehicle (mileage reimbursed per km)

We are seeking male or female who are compassionate, reliable, and dedicated individuals to support high-risk youth in a community-based care setting. If you are passionate about making a difference in the lives of vulnerable youth and are committed to creating a safe and supportive environment, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide direct care, supervision, and mentorship to high-risk youth.
• Assist with daily routines such as meals, hygiene, transportation, and recreational activities.
• Support youth in developing life skills and healthy coping mechanisms.
• Ensure safety and security at all times, including de-escalating challenging behaviours.
• Maintain accurate documentation and incident reports.
• Collaborate with other caregivers, caseworkers, and healthcare professionals.
• Transport youth to appointments, school, and outings (mileage will be reimbursed).

Requirements:
• Must have a reliable personal vehicle.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Previous experience working with high-risk youth is strongly preferred.
• Problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required.
• Must have a positive criminal record check and child welfare intervention check etc.
