GROUND CREW NEEDED – 2025 SEASON
Location: Lajord, Saskatchewan
Sky Ag Services Ltd is seeking motivated individuals to join our Ground Crew for the 2025 agricultural spray season at our Lajord location.
Key Responsibilities:
• Loading and fueling agricultural aircraft
• Flight following and communication with pilots
• Tracking customer crop protection product inventory
• Working as part of a team to ensure safe and efficient operations
Compensation:
• $25/hour starting wage
• Fuel expense support for crew living in the Regina area
• Strong performers may be considered for advancement opportunities in 2026
• Optional travel to Quebec in June for a forestry contract (relaxed environment, paid travel, guaranteed compensation)
Ideal Candidate:
• Background in farming preferred
• Interest in aviation, especially agricultural aviation
• Reliable, safety-conscious, and team-oriented
