Part-Time / Summer Position – Concrete Sealing & Marketing Assistant
Location: Edmonton, AB
Pay: $18/hour (labour) flyer delivery compensation & bonuses

About Us:
We're a growing concrete sealing company based in Edmonton, providing high-quality concrete maintenance services. We're looking for motivated individuals to join our team over the summer for part-time work, with opportunities to earn additional bonuses through marketing efforts.

Position Overview:
This is a mixed-role position involving both hands-on labour and light marketing duties. Ideal for students or anyone seeking part-time summer work with flexibility and performance-based incentives.

Duties Include:
• Pressure washing concrete surfaces
• Performing basic concrete repairs
• Applying concrete sealant
• Dropping off flyers in designated neighbourhoods
• Promoting our services during flyer runs

Compensation:
• Labour work: $18/hour (paid cash)
• Flyer delivery: $0.25 per flyer delivered
• Customer bonus: $85 bonus for each customer acquired through your flyer drop

Requirements:
• Must be reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
• Comfortable with physical outdoor work
• Able to work independently and follow directions
• Must have access to transportation to job sites around Edmonton and area
• Previous experience in labour, landscaping, or trades is an asset but not required

Schedule:
• Flexible part-time hours (ideal for students)
• Work primarily takes place weekdays and occasional weekends
