We are looking for a part time office assistant with basic accounting knowledge.
Responsibilities:
• Monitor telephones and greet visitors at reception.
• Data entry required. (Knowledge of Accounts Receivable/Payable required.)
• Process all mail.
• Photocopying, faxing, mailing, creating labels, filing.
• Assist with other office duties as required.
• Maintain Office Supplies.
Key Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
(Previous office experience in construction/contracting an asset).
• Demonstrate proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal & organizational skills.
• Reliable and adaptable.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to work with minimal supervision in high stress environment.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 1pm
Holiday coverage would be full time hours 8:00am – 4:30pm
