Nice used Yamaha 12 string. Appears to be a 1989 and it's been played so it does have some wear with some nicks and dings throughout and a nicely yellowed finish. A previous owner repaired a headstock break and the nut, both of which are solid and stable, with no cracks or breaks otherwise. Some divots have developed on the lower frets but aren't causing any playability issues. Fretboard freshly cleaned and conditioned with frets polished and new strings.

Sounds great playing Wish You Were Here, but I'm just not that into 12 strings.
