This trailer was advertised 21 May for approximately 9 hours, and was sold for $2,200. Unfortunately, it was discovered, unbenowst to me, that there was actual rot in the floor at the corners. I have consulted with the tech at one of the RV locations, and we believe that the water entered through the rising supports for the roof. As the channels are in the interior of the walls, and the locations of the problem are out of plain site, I never noticed there was a problem. I have already caulked the areas I believe are at fault, but the trailer is no longer in a condition that merits such a high price. All of the good aspects of the trailer are still applicable, and I would rather not simply junk it. I believe there are three options
1. Continue to use the trailer as is and ensure there is no further leaking to cause further damage.
2. Overhaul the unit and replace the floor. I did this to a previous unit. It is not particularly hard, but does require some effort and, preferably, a dry place to work.
3. Tear it down to the frame and use/sell as a utility trailer, sell items such as fridge (new ones are $1,300), heater, water pump, radio/CD player.
Has propane heater thermostat regulated, 3 way Fridge (propane, battery, 120V), battery/120V water pump, 2 burner stove, 30L Water tank, direct input water fitting. Sink has dual handles, but only the cold water line. Can carry two 20lb propane tanks but only a single tank regulator. Battery/120V exhaust fan in roof vent. Two exchange propane tanks, one full. Natilus deep cycle battery. Electric brakes. 7 pin electrical connector. Radio/CD player fully operational with speakers inside and outside which can be operated together or independantly. Awning. Smoke Detector, CO2 Detector, CO Detector. All manuals and instructions are with the unit. Spare Tire. Pulled with 6 Cylinder KIA Sportage for 5 years, no issue.
New Safety Inspection done in March 2025.

Like the movie, here is the Good, Bad and Ugly.
The Good
All appliances fully operational
Tent portion is in very good condition except for some staining, no leaks.
No leaks in the hard top.
Body (except for floor), suspension, brakes, hitch etc in good to very good condition
Overall cleanliness is good
The Bad
Floor is weak. I have put down 1/2" plywood in the heavy traffic area. The plywood does not interfere with the cupboard doors.
One leg is broken on the canopy. I jury rigged it so that it is still fully usable. Exterior speaker grill is broken. I used plastic and sheathing tape to prevent water intrusion. Speaker works fine.
The Ugly
The unit was packed up wet last fall, and due to a health issue, was not reopened and properly dried, resulting in a fair bit of mildew and/or mold. It has all been treated with "Mold Control" commercial mold/mildrew treatment, but staining is still persisting on canvas.
The grill on one outside speaker was broken. I have sealed it with plastic and Tuck tape to prevent leaking. Speaker is fully operational.
I am prepared to deliver the unit and assist with an initial set up upon delivery to areas from roughly Windsor to Bridgetown. Outside of that a cost for expenses would be assessed.
