Job Description:
This is an inbound collections role – you'll be taking calls from customers, assisting with account inquiries, and processing payments. No cold calling or outbound dialing required. Training is provided and support is always available.

Requirements:

Must be available to start ASAP

Comfortable handling customer calls professionally

Previous collections or customer service experience is a plus (but not required)
