About the Role:
We are currently seeking a highly organized, reliable, and experienced Dispatcher to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and play a crucial role in coordinating daily operations, ensuring efficiency, and maintaining excellent communication with drivers and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Schedule and dispatch drivers to appropriate locations according to customer requests, specifications, or needs
Track and monitor driver routes, locations, and job status using dispatch software
Communicate effectively with drivers and customers to resolve issues quickly and professionally
Maintain accurate records of calls, routes, deliveries, and driver logs
Coordinate with management and provide regular status updates
Requirements:

Minimum 1–2 years of dispatching experience (transportation/towing/logistics preferred)
Strong multitasking, time-management, and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with dispatch software and GPS tracking systems
Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions
