New appliances (fridge, dishwasher, range, microwave, washer, dryer)

Bathroom has a bidet toilet (shoots warm water at your butt to clean it) with a heated seat!

Bathroom also has a heated towel rack

Utilities are included in price.

Kitchen and bathroom are shared.

There is 1 person living there right now. He is a construction worker working days. He is very clean and quiet.

Please tell me about yourself, the more the better. (Age, what you do for a job, who is all staying there).
