Automotive Experience Preferred | Outdoor Work | Power Tools

We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented person to operate our Headlight Restoration tent in Lethbridge. This is a two-week trial position, with the potential to continue through the summer based on demand.

Job Details:

Perform headlight restorations using pneumatic sanders and polishers

Work under a canopy/tent outdoors, weather permitting

Maintain a clean, professional workspace

Greet customers, explain the service, and complete restorations

Work independently for most of the day, with periodic check-ins


Requirements:

Experience not required, but a strong aptitude for hands-on, automotive or body work is essential

Comfortable using power tools (sander, buffer)

Good eye for detail and finish quality

Physically capable of working on your feet outdoors all day

Responsible and self-directed – you may be operating the tent solo


Schedule:

Monday to Friday (weather permitting)

10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Two-week trial starting on June 16th – potential for full summer work


Compensation:

$15/hour base pay

$5 bonus per completed service

Services take 30–40 minutes each – a busy day can easily reach $20 /hour total pay
