You would be sharing a basement bathroom with two other students (1 male, 1 female) who also have bedrooms in the basement. I am the owner of the house and I live on the ground floor of the bungalow.

*parking on the driveway if you have a car
*one of the student roommates has a cat
*The rent includes all utilities and wifi
*the kitchen is common shared space
*month-to-month rent
