Office Administrator/Executive & Personal Assistant Specialist

Description

Reichmuth Global seeks a proactive, highly organized Executive and Personal Assistant to support a visionary entrepreneur. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on diverse projects, including BlueCruise, a groundbreaking co-working travel experience launching in 2025.

Key Responsibilities:

* Executive Support & Calendar Management: Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings across time zones, and handle personal tasks (bookings, inquiries, etc.).
* Administrative & Financial I Support: Assist with payment processing, expense tracking, and budgeting.
* Social Media Management: Create engaging content (podcasts, newsletters, reels/posts) for Instagram, LinkedIn, and our longevity blog. Set up and maintain a content studio for video production, edit videos, and grow our social media presence, particularly for the BlueCruise project. Engage with our online community.
* BlueCruise Project Coordination: Coordinate logistics and manage relationships with partners (yacht management, sponsors, suppliers). Assist in passenger management and coordinate media relations.
* Real Estate Management: Oversee Airbnb properties, manage listings, bookings, and guest communications. Coordinate maintenance and renovations.
* Family Office Support: Provide administrative support for family office activities.

Qualifications:

* Minimum two years' experience in a similar role.
* Independent, proactive, and adaptable with a hands-on mentality.
* Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills; ability to prioritize.
* Passionate about social media, with experience in content creation and video editing.
* Proficient in video editing software and comfortable with office software and websites.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and German.
* Professional demeanor with the ability to build relationships.
* Enthusiasm for learning about longevity, startups, and investments.
