CASH IN HAND ONLY

I pulled this from one of the oldest elbow park area homes in june 2025.
This door is the original 1890 victorian oak door. unfortunately the owner wanted something a bit more modern.
a reproduction door of this style easily cost $10,000 dollars. a new modern door start at about $3,000 and run up to $8,000.
included is the original door frame. 66.5" x 86.5".
also included are the original brass hinges and screws. also the original 1890 door knocker.
as far as i know all the glass is original as well.
also includes a lockset that was $800. it will need to be re-keyed
this door is a beast, it weighs 120 lbs and is 1 3/4" thick.

these antique vintage things are getting pretty rare. hopefully this can find a new home or maybe a period correct house (if any are left??)
