Hi there! I have a bedroom available for rent in a 2 bedroom apartment starting July 1 (early move-in is possible). The apartment is on the ground floor of a charming older building in the St. Clair and Bathurst area. There's a bus stop right outside the building with a direct route to St. Clair West Station, just a 10-minute ride.

You'll be sharing the common space with me, a male artist who has lived here for 14 years, and my small dog. It's a cozy, tight space with just one bathroom, so clear communication and mutual respect are important.
