There is a room for sublease in Collegeview Commons, a student apartment near Conestoga doon campus. The apartment is fully equipped with gym and study room. Water and electricity are included, there is internet, two bathrooms, washing machine and dryer. There is a bus stop at the door and it takes about 10 minutes to get to school by bus. The sublease starts from July to August (the original contract expires at the end of August, and the specific move-in time can be discussed in detail). You can renew the lease after that.
