Our house provides a quiet safe home for young persons to rest and focus on their individual endeavours. We're looking for a clean, quiet, polite, and gentle single female university student who will follow the following house rules:
1. Single occupancy.
2. No smoking (any substances)
3. No pet
4. No visitors (day, night or overnight)
5. No party
6. No sublease
7. Keep quiet all time, no speaker, no music instrument. Lower voice when talking.
8. Keep clean in room; clean common area after use
9. Garbage recycling
10. Other house rules, e.g. house safety rules, no open flame etc.
