Qualifications:
- Work Ethic: Highly motivated, driven, hardworking, and committed to delivering quality workmanship. Maintain punctual attendance and reliability.
- Availability: Able to work weekdays and weekends when needed.
- Transportation: Valid driver's license or reliable means of transportation.

Experience:
- Duraforms: 1-3 years
- Concrete forming: 1-3 years

Responsibilities:
- Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials such as wood, lightweight steel, and concrete for structural and architectural components.
- Establish and dismantle temporary formwork structures with precision and efficiency.
- Inspect cribbing setups for stability and compliance with safety standards.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize cribbing processes and improve workflow efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Document cribbing activities and report any issues or concerns to management promptly.

Job Type: Full-time all year round work
Pay: $25.00-$40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 44 per week
Additional pay: Over time pay
