Are you outgoing, motivated, and great with people?
We're looking for a Sales Rep / Client Acquisition Specialist to help us grow our lawn mowing client base across Guelph, Kitchener, Waterloo and Cambridge.
Work is flexible, in the field, and paid per closed client — the more you close, the more you earn!

About the Role:
Visit or call residential and commercial properties in designated areas
Promote SilverScape Solutions' Lawn Mowing Services (weekly/bi-weekly plans, one-time cuts, seasonal packages)
Generate leads and close new clients on the spot or through follow-up
Represent our brand professionally and politely at all times

Compensation:
Paid per closed client — performance-based earning potential
Bonuses for hitting targets
No cap on earnings — motivated reps can earn well!

What We're Looking For:
Friendly, outgoing personality — comfortable knocking on doors and talking to people
Good communication and persuasion skills
Self-motivated and goal-driven
Must be reliable and professional in appearance and conduct
Sales experience is an asset but not required
Must have a phone for tracking leads and follow-ups
Access to a car is an asset but not required for dense local areas

Schedule:
Flexible — work on your own time, after school, weekends, or full time
Great side hustle or summer job for students / anyone looking to earn extra income
