We are seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our team at HVAC X SUPPLY. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to contribute to the success of a fast-paced, dynamic warehouse specializing in HVAC products. The Warehouse Associate plays a key role in ensuring efficient warehouse operations, accurate inventory management, and timely order fulfillment to meet our customers' needs.

Key Responsibilities:
Order Fulfillment:
Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with accuracy and efficiency.
Verify and cross-check orders to ensure correct items and quantities are processed.
Stock Management:
Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
Organize and store inventory in designated locations, ensuring the warehouse is neat and well-organized.
Conduct regular cycle counts and assist in maintaining accurate inventory records.
Equipment Operation:
Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and effectively.
Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment and report any issues.
Safety and Compliance:
Adhere to all safety procedures and protocols, ensuring a safe working environment.
Comply with company policies and regulations regarding warehouse operations.
Collaboration:
Work closely with other warehouse associates, supervisors, and drivers to meet daily operational goals.
Assist with resolving inventory discrepancies and improving warehouse processes.
Qualifications:
Experience:
Previous warehouse experience is preferred; experience in the HVAC or related industry is a plus.
Skills and Abilities:
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory.
Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 50 lbs) regularly.
Basic computer skills to use inventory management systems.
Certifications:
Forklift certification is an asset but not required (training can be provided).
Attributes:
Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
Team player with excellent communication skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and meeting deadlines.
