Personally, I think buying tubes on eBay has become a total crapshoot
The marketplace is full of counterfeits, or weak cheap tubes
So its only for the buyer who really knows what they're looking at; and the quality of the sellers' testing scheme runs the gamut from good to non-existent.
Years ago I used to buy tubes on eBay, but in the end I found the whole thing way too hit or miss in terms of quality.
Better to purchase vintage strong tested tubes from an honest seller
