Job title : Line supervisor
Major Intersection: Dundas St E & Dixie Rd
Location: Mississauga, ON
Shift timings: 2 pm shift (but training will be in the morning)
Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Production Duties
· Production Planning & Setup: Review and plan production schedules, ensure proper line setup post-sanitation
or maintenance, and align bean tank soaking schedules.
· Start-up & Line Management: Oversee timely start-up, correct product setup, material readiness, and appropriate
staffing; ensure smooth and safe equipment operation.
· Safety & Quality Checks: Conduct daily safety and equipment checks, enforce GMP and health & safety standards, and
coordinate with QC for start-up and routine inspections.
· Material & Equipment Oversight: Monitor raw material availability, assist with equipment adjustments and emergency
repairs, and ensure minimal downtime and waste.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS
· Minimum 1-2 years of Line supervisor in a food manufacturing/processing plant.
· High school graduate or equivalent qualification
· Technical diploma preferred but not necessary
· Understanding of production and plant processes
