We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Team Lead to oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure productivity and efficiency among warehouse staff. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of warehouse experience, including hands-on use of a Warehouse Management System (WMS), and the ability to lead a small team in a fast-paced environment.

JOB LOCATION: BRAMPTON
PAYRATE: 19-21$/hr

Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and support a team of warehouse associates to meet operational goals and KPIs
2. Coordinate daily shipping, receiving, inventory, and order fulfillment tasks
3. Use WMS to track inventory, manage inbound/outbound orders, and maintain real-time data accuracy
4. Ensure proper training, safety compliance, and adherence to standard operating procedures
5. Monitor employee performance, provide guidance, and report issues to the Warehouse Supervisor
6. Conduct regular inventory audits and assist with cycle counts
7. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
8. Communicate effectively with other departments (e.g., logistics, customer service)

Qualifications:
1. 1–2 years of experience in a warehouse, logistics, or distribution environment
2. Prior experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS) required
3. Proven leadership skills; prior team lead or supervisory experience preferred but not required
4. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
5. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts, etc., if certified)
6. High school diploma or equivalent; additional logistics or supply chain education a plus.
