Gray's Decks & Fence, based out of Ajax, (www.graysdecks.ca // @grays_decks) is looking for a skilled labourer to help with Deck and Fence builds for the 2025 season starting immediately and running through to the fall. Jobs are primarily located in Durham Region and the GTA.

$25 cash per hour to start. Days are 8 - 9 hours long. $ Rate increases with skill and ability.

*Must Have: PLEASE READ!!!

-experience building deck frames and framing fences.
-steel toe boots / shoes
‐own vehicle
-impact driver with bits, batteries and charger
-tool belt
-tape measure
-know how to read a tape to the 16th
-comfortable using mitre saw and circular saw ( & other hand power tools)
-works well with others
-healthy, strong (carrying lumber and misc)
-not afraid to ask questions
-ok with taking directions
-hard worker
-reliable
-customer service
