2005 Nash 19' pull camper, 22' ball to rear bumper. 340# hitch weight, 3728# dry weight. Purchased from previous owner in 2024. New AC three years ago, power hitch jack, new roof vent covers, new Heng multi speed ceiling vent with remote control (wife too short to reach), new propane regulator and pig tail, propane tanks are current, interior lighting changed to LED, new valence lights, new grey tank dump valve, new brake assemblies with new pads, new wheel bearings (all 4 wheels), 1 new tire. Solid roof and floor, no leaks. New propane, carbon monoxide and fire detectors installed. All kinds of storage. Awning arm repaired, grey water tank tub surround supported, Water heater flushed and new anode installed (still a little coloring in hot water lines from tank flushing, will disappear with use. Stove woks great (haven't tried the oven), huge fridge works great. Furnace developed an issue in last week, fan runs continuously. We have never used the furnace on our last 3 campers, propane hogs, just used a small ceramic electric heater. We just pulled the furnace fuse.
