Job Summary:

We are currently hiring a dedicated and safety-oriented DZ Driver/Loader to join our recycling collection team in Kingston, ON.

This is a hands-on, solo operator role that involves driving and collecting recycling materials using a right-hand drive, stand-up vehicle.

The ideal candidate will have a solid driving record, good physical stamina, and a proactive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate a right-hand drive, stand-up DZ vehicle safely and efficiently
Perform solo recycling collection along designated residential/commercial routes
Load recyclable materials into the truck as a single driver/collector
Conduct daily pre- and post-trip inspections of the vehicle
Adhere to safety protocols and traffic regulations at all times
Maintain accurate logs and route documentation
Interact professionally with the public when necessary
Requirements:

Valid DZ driver's license with a clean driver's abstract
1–2 years minimum DZ driving experience required (3 years preferred)
Comfortable operating right-hand drive, stand-up vehicles (training can be provided if needed)
Physically fit with the ability to repeatedly lift and load materials throughout the day
Reliable, punctual, and able to start work promptly at 5:30 AM
Ability to work independently and follow route schedules without supervision
