Great care has been taken to make this space as inviting as possible. Beautiful, quiet unit, fully furnished and stocked with all the things you'll need for a great stay. We're right on the subway line, across from newly updated Eglinton Park and close to lots of amenities.

Laundry's in the basement (2 washers, 2 driers and a laundry app to manage payment).

There are lots of gyms, restaurants, convenience stores, movie theatres etc. within walking distance. An awesome breakfast place is a 2min walk as well, with a new hair salon across the street. It's a happening area with North Toronto's largest green space in our backyard!

There isn't a formal parking space, but there's a roundabout way of having a vehicle at the apartment. There's free street parking on evenings and weekends (between 5pm and 8am on weekdays, and all day Saturday/Sunday). Happy to share how we park our car in the neighbourhood full-time while working from home :)

North Toronto Memorial Community Centre is across the street (2min walk), and it has a great indoor and outdoor pool, indoor track, volleyball and basketball courts, fitness room, yoga studio and outdoor hockey rink.

New green walls have been installed in the apartment, and the walls were recently painted (now completely settled). There's a good Air Conditioner and fan as well. Fully stocked with baking/cooking essentials (pots, pans, containers, dishes, cutlery, soaps, toilet paper, flour, sugar, etc.).

**Rent is $2150 per month, with first and last paid up front and a $100 cleaning fee.**
