Hello. We are looking for someone that has the understanding on how to renovate a basement in a commercial building in downtown Niagara Falls. The first task is to stop water leaking going in from the laneway from the outside going in. After that it's basic electrical/painting/drywall/framing and whatever else is needed. The entire basement is 2200 Square feet however we want to start with half. Due to budgetary concerns, we're not looking for a company to come in and do everything in a month. We're looking for someone that will give us a fair hourly rate and work part/fulltime. We will buy all materials. You need to supply the knowledge and have the appropriate tools. Ideally we're looking for honesty and integrity.
