My beautiful smart loft is available to sublease during my work trip. Although I am flexible on the start & end dates, I'm looking to start the lease in June 2025 for a year.

-Smart TVs as well as Projector with Apple TV are installed for the wall above the drum-set. All Netflix, Spotify, AirPlay or Video Mirroring capable.

Kitchen is fully equipped with quality professional cooking tools, a vast spice collection and full pantry.

Washer / Dryer are in the apartment (shown)

I will ask to sign a lease for our mutual protection.

No short term rentals or events are accepted in the building. Very strict rules and controls against Airbnb and similar short term rentals. The building accommodates those who care for the community and peace inside the building. I can promise you based on unpleasant experiences with some other clueless tenants in the building that serious trouble is inevitable in case you plan to use this apartment for anything else than living in it yourself.

No pet has lived / been inside in case you have allergies, however I'm not allergic and I love animals so if you have one, please don't be shy to bring them along as long as you let me know! :)
