B2B Sales & Field Estimating Rep | Property Services | High Earnings Growth

Are you an experienced sales rep, appointment setter, or cold caller looking for a fresh challenge with real upside?
We're a fast-scaling property services company specializing in pavement maintenance, sealing, and commercial exterior services. We're currently expanding across Ontario and are looking for a few sharp, motivated professionals to join our B2B division — either as appointment setters or field estimating reps who can quote and close.

What You'll Be Doing:
• Prospecting and cold calling small to mid-size businesses (outdoor services)
• Booking and managing qualified appointments with property managers, franchise owners, commercial landlords, etc.
• (Field role) Visiting sites, quoting jobs, and closing contracts
• Building and maintaining your own book of business with recurring commissions

• Competitive, coachable, and eager to grow

Roles available in Grey, Bruce, Wellington and Dufferin Counties and surrounding Ontario regions.
Flexible schedule — full-time or part-time as long as you perform.
