NOW HIRING: GENERAL LABOURER – HOME BUILDING & FRAMING

Full-Time | Local Work

We're a small homebuilding and framing crew looking for a hardworking, dependable General Labourer to join our team.

No experience? No problem.

We're willing to train the right person who's ready to learn and grow in the trade.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

-Assist with wall building and placement.

-Set joists and beams, and help align for nailing.

-Measure and mark lumber for cutting.

-Support layout work under the guidance of a journeyman.

-Use basic hand tools and power tools safely.

-Keep the worksite clean and organized.

-General framing and construction tasks.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

-Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

-Positive attitude and dependable nature.

-Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on work.

-Team player who's safety-conscious.

-Some basic construction sense is helpful but not required.

-Respectful and ready to grow within the company.
