Our clean 1 bedroom furnished apartment can sleep 2 comfortably. Toronto's main subway line [Bloor and Lansdowne station] is literally a 5 minute walk away. A functioning kitchen lets you save money , yet many restaurants are within walking distance.

The spacious separate bedroom has a comfortable queen sized bed. This is a basement apartment and is consequently cool in the summer, cozy and warm in the winter months. Included with the rent are all the utilities as well as wifi. In addition there is a shared laundry room located in the basement.

We are asking for a 2 month minimum stay. You will need to pay first and last month rent. Employment and former landlord references are required.
