We did the season prep on our trailer and then bought a toy hauler
This trailer has the roof membrane refreshed, new Maxxair vent covers, new awning, new load range E tires (only needs C), new outdoor speakers, new LED lighting (much brighter and the battery lasts much longer), proper 2” secondary hitch to pull trailer behind house trailer, brakes and bearing serviced, Dexter 4,000 LB torsion axles, rebuilt pantry shelves supported from the floor with Baltic birch plywood shelves (ask me why when you come to see it), power jacks front and rear, ceiling fan, slideout toppers, 15,000 BTU ducted A/C, real Lazy Boy leather recliners, couch becomes 2nd bed with air mattress, dining table with chairs.
We stored the trailer inside for the off season, but it comes with a full cover if you want to store it outside. Hand detailed with Maguiar's cleaner wax at least once a year and coated with Maguiar's detailer synthetic spray wax when washed.
