Now Hiring: Heavy Equipment Operator (Full-Time)

Pay: $25.00–$42.00 per hour
Schedule: 8–10 hour shifts

We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable Heavy Equipment Operator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience operating heavy machinery and be committed to safety, efficiency, and high-quality work.
Note: A Police Information Check will be conducted at the time of hire.

Key Responsibilities:
Operate heavy equipment such as excavators, skid steers, and mini excavators safely and in compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act and company policies
Conduct pre-operational inspections to ensure all equipment is functioning properly
Perform basic adjustments, maintenance, troubleshooting, and minor repairs on machinery
Load and unload equipment from vehicles and trailers
Keep job sites clean, organized, and free from hazards
Dispose of scrap materials and refuse in accordance with safety standards
Complete daily safety checks and maintenance logs
Work independently and as part of a team
Adapt to varying weather conditions while working outdoors on both company and client job sites
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of experience operating heavy machinery (required)
Strong knowledge of equipment safety and operational procedures
Ability to work in physically demanding and outdoor environments
Reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining a safe worksite
