Well loved 2006 Rockwood M1907 Tent Trailer

This is an inexpensive way to get off the ground, with lots of potential value if you're able to put some work into it! Double bed and Queen bed. Couch and dining table turn into beds.

Brakes and Bearings serviced mid way through last season (used 3 times after). Tows great, all lights and markers working properly. Lots of tire tread left.

Interior Electrical, plumbing and gas systems should all be considered to not work. Electrical HAS worked recently, but there may be a fuse/short issue somewhere. We never used any of the systems from the time we bought the trailer (2020) so it is safer to assume that they all need work/are non-functional. We only ever intended to use it like a tent on wheels, and that is what we did.

Canvas is in good shape with no leaks; we have replaced one of the side zippers, and another one likely needs replacement (or repair, if you happen to be skilled with zippers). No rips or tears, various staining which is typical for a 20yr old trailer.

Comes with battery (unsure of condition, appears to hold charge though) and propane tank (unsure of expiry status).

Can be viewed in Crossfield with appointment. Depending on interest, it may be brought into city for showing.
