decent shape for age needs good cleaning rubber roof no leak
selling as is… new awning a few years ago.. Had a leak from where leg bolts were in to hold awning up repaired from the outside did pull Panel off from inside .. was cleaned up panel is still off.. call or text 1-204-294-5654
