Torque Brewing is looking for a personable, reliable, and energetic taproom server who's not afraid to pour a pint, have a laugh, and represent the brand out in the community. In addition to serving in the taproom, this role includes occasional off-site sampling at local bars, restaurants, and events — helping build awareness and relationships with our licensee partners.

What You'll Do
• Serve customers in the Torque taproom with warmth, confidence, and efficiency
• Provide beer samples and represent the brand at local venues and community events (with support from our sales team)
• Support a consistent, community-driven taproom vibe that makes guests feel like regulars
• Help with basic taproom setup, cleanup, and flow during events or busy shifts
• Maintain a professional and friendly presence whether on-site or on the road

You Must Have:
• A valid driver's license and your own vehicle (this is a non-negotiable requirement)
• Smart Choices or Serve It Right Manitoba certification (or willingness to obtain)
• A flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends
• A clean, reliable appearance and great communication skills

• Love talking about beer (we'll teach you more)
• Have experience in hospitality, bartending, or promotions
• Can balance being friendly and professional in a fast-paced space
• Are reliable, self-starting, and love working with a down-to-earth team
