Join our dynamic team as a Concierge/Maintenance Worker!

We're seeking a reliable and efficient individual with experience in maintenance, plumbing, and concierge services to maintain our property's excellence. This is a live-in position.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform general maintenance, plumbing repairs, and concierge duties.
• Collaborate with team members for snow removal (winter), lawn care (summer), and cleaning of buildings/property.
• Rotate weekend and on call shifts with the team.
• Handle additional tasks, including:
• Minor electrical repairs and troubleshooting.
• Painting and drywall repairs.
• Responding to tenant requests promptly.
• Inspecting property for safety and upkeep.
• Managing inventory of supplies and tools.

Requirements:
• Proven experience in maintenance, plumbing, and concierge services.
• Bilingual (An asset)
• Must own tools and be proficient in their use.
• Strong teamwork, reliability, and efficiency.
• Ability to handle physically demanding tasks.
• Able to work under minimal supervision
