Key Responsibilities:
• Perform thorough inspections of roofing systems to identify repair needs and ensure quality installation.
• Handle service and repair calls with a focus on long-term solutions and customer satisfaction.
• Provide feedback to installation crews
• Assist with training junior service technicians and support team development.
• Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and company procedures.
• Represent the company professionally when interacting with customers on-site.

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on roofing experience, including service and repairs.
• Strong knowledge of asphalt shingles, metal roofing systems, and related materials.
• Previous experience with quality control or supervisory roles in the roofing industry is a strong asset.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license and CPIC
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and lift up to 50 lbs.
