We're looking for a proactive Female Assistant to help manage schedules, handle correspondence, and support daily operations. If you're organized, detail-oriented, and can work independently. Candidate will be working from home and Visiting office 2 Day's in a week along with Visiting BC or Leamington Ontario Office once in a Month or when required.
All travel Expenses will be paid from the company. Training will be given in the start for selected Candidate and the Position is available to Join as soon as Possible.
Again this is a Hybrid Position working from home and office required.
The offering Salary is Bi-Weekly along with incentives and the Position is for long term Period.
Schedule management and appointment setting
Organize files and handle confidential information
Research and administrative support
Communicate with team members and clients
Prior experience in an assistant role is a plus fresh candidate can also apply.
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Computer Softwares
Reliable internet and Laptop if available
