Nous pouvons accueillir dès le 1er juillet ou continuer d'accueillir après notre retour si c'est plus simple pour vous.

L'appartement est situé au 11ème étage, en plein coeur du Downtown à moins de 10 minutes de la station de métro Guy Concordia et de la rue Sainte Catherine. Vous serez à côté de pleins de commodités (transports, épicerie, magasins, etc). Il est situé aussi au pied du Mont-Royal.
Il est tout équipé et meublé. L'immeuble est sécurisé par un interphone en bas avec un mot de passe.

L'appartement possède :
- une grande pièce de vie
- une cuisine
- 2 salles de bain
- 2 chambres (dont une avec une salle de bain et un dressing)
- un balcon
- des électroménagers et pleins de rangements

Nous demandons 1250$ pour la période complète, incluant toutes les charges.

My girlfriend and I will be returning to France from July 10th to August 5th, so we are offering our apartment for sublet during that period.
We can host as early as July 1st, or even after we return if that's easier for you.

The apartment is located on the 11th floor, right in the heart of Downtown, less than 10 minutes from Guy-Concordia metro station and Sainte-Catherine Street. You'll be close to many amenities (public transport, grocery stores, shops, etc.). It's also right at the foot of Mount Royal.

It is fully furnished and equipped. The building is secured with an intercom and access code at the entrance.

The apartment includes:

A spacious living room

A kitchen

2 bathrooms

2 bedrooms (one with an ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet)

A balcony

Appliances and plenty of storage space

We are asking $1250 for the full period, all charges included.
