We're excited to announce the launch of our newest Chaistop and are looking for passionate, skilled, and motivated Baristas to join our founding team! If you love great coffee, creating memorable customer experiences, and working in a vibrant café culture — we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve a variety of espresso-based drinks, coffee, and teas with consistency and quality
Set up, operate, and maintain espresso machines and grinders (knowledge of troubleshooting and minor repairs is a must)
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and café floor
Monitor inventory levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other barista supplies
Interact with customers in a friendly, engaging manner to provide exceptional service
Uphold food safety and hygiene standards
Assist with café opening and closing duties as needed
Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming and efficient work environment

Key Qualifications:
Prior experience as a barista (minimum 1 year preferred)
Proficiency in using espresso machines and grinders (e.g., La Marzocco, Nuova Simonelli, etc.)
Basic knowledge of maintaining and fixing espresso equipment
Passion for specialty coffee and a willingness to learn and grow
Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude
Availability on weekends and holidays is a plus
