This is a short-term rental for 1-3 months, available immediately (if the ad is still up, it is available). I am open to longer-term arrangements for the right person. My place is ideal for anyone new to Toronto who needs a temporary stay while they figure out where they would like to stay more permanently.

You will be sharing with me, a female business professional. I sometimes work from home, but primarily from a nearby workspace or client offices and travel to conferences regularly. I love animals; pets are welcome, especially dogs!! I am also happy to help take care of them by taking them out for walks if you get delayed at work.

Rent is $1,300 per month. This includes all bills: hydro, gas, and internet.
