Nitrogen Generator System used for Laser cutting
Parker/Kaeser Nitrogen Generation System has been specified based on requirement of up to 100 m3/hr at pressures up to 450psig, as well as providing an additional 100cfm of compressed air for general shop use. This system will maintain 100ppm oxygen content (99.99% pure nitrogen) @ full load conditions, and is comprised of four individual nitrogen generation ‘banks', which allow for versatility and redundancy versus a single twin-tower system. In the event that 99.95% nitrogen purity is acceptable, only three nitrogen generation banks will be required to meet your flow demands.

This is a on demand system which consist of:

• Two Kaeser 60hp premium-efficiency air compressors with integrated air dryers
• Kaeser 4-stage inline filtration system
• Oil separation system.
• Parker 4-bank N2 Generation System, 100m3/hr @ up to 450psi
• Kaeser N2 pressure booster, 500psi max
• 400 gallon nitrogen receiver tank, 200psi
• 60 gallon nitrogen receiver tank, 500psi
• Dressing kits for air and nitrogen tanks
• Layout, Commissioning & startup support from our vendor depending on location and requirements are available. (additional cost)
