us: Hi! We are young professionals (mid 20s) working hybrid at a small consulting company's. One of us is from Montreal and is a musician (acoustic guitar, don't worry there is no drum kit in the house) and also big movie/music/literature/art fan. One of us is from Thailand and is an amateur photographer and movie buff. The third guy, that's leaving, is from Scotland and a massive car guy. That's why the parking space in the garage will be available to you if you need it. We are also very clean and take a lot of pride in my home (and hope you will as well). Seeking a mature, friendly, fun roommate ideally also in their mid to late 20s. Communication and respect is key!
: We lived in this house for two years and totally fell in love with it. The location is incredible and very close to all things west and downtown. The place has its quirks, but nothing that has caused us significant problems in our year here. We just got a brand new dishwasher :)
- Room available is 8x10ft and is on the top floor. It comes furnished with a bed, large dresser, bedside tables.
: Some benefits: central AC and heating, washer and dryer, beautiful garden/backyard, large garage, friendly and quiet neighbours, the landlord is nice too! We rented the place mostly unfurnished and almost all furniture in the den belongs to us, so it will be furnished when you move in. Furnishing includes: TV, couch, book shelves, a sick record player and sound system, etc. Some of the bedrooms are also partially furnished (see above).
- Free parking in garage. The other two roommates don't have cars. Back allay entrance, electric door with fob, full lighting.
- 2 min walk (!) to Metro and FreshCo grocery stores
- 5 minute walk to Queen W and Dundas W
