We need you! Enjoy a flexible remote role assisting our interior design team with admin tasks, scheduling, and light bookkeeping.
Your Role:
- Be the friendly voice for clients (calls, emails, scheduling).
- Keep records organized (some QuickBooks work). - Help our team run smoothly.
You'll Need:
- Previous admin/receptionist experience.
- Great communication & multitasking skills.
- Comfort with basic bookkeeping.
