Bought last year never used it Will be a project of sorts usable as Is needs interior cosmetic work floors previous owner did doesn't look great . Previous owner replaced a wall where it had leaked it does not leak anymore at all . Ac ,furnace and water work out door shower needs a fitting . Fridge only works on propane . Will need batteries .it Has a 12 foot by 3ft super slide tons of space with the slide out . Tires are good . all the interior pictures are with the slide in I don't have room to open it at the moment $3000 obo want it out of my driveway was going to be a fun project I don't have time for. located in chase bc
