Hello Everyone,

I am currently a student completing my Masters of Arts in Counselling Psychology with Yorkville University. I am also a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) CRPO #19591 with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario.

I have a keen interest in working with adolescents and young adults who have difficulties with sleep, anxiety, bullying, ADHD, and low self-esteem. I use a mix of modalities to address their unique needs. These include Cognitive Behavioural, Trauma Informed and Mindfulness.

My underlying framework is person-centered, which ensures that clients feel heard and empowered. I aim to help clients explore their experiences, build resilience, and develop meaningful strategies for personal growth and well-being.
My services are offered at a rate of $50.00 per hour or less if needed. Sliding Fee Scale available. Online and In-Person sessions.
