We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Furniture Sales Representative with experience in online sales platforms, especially Facebook Marketplace and OKz.ca. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, be tech-savvy, and capable of handling inquiries, closing deals, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell furniture products on Facebook Marketplace, OKz.ca, and other online platforms

Respond to customer inquiries quickly and professionally

Negotiate prices and close sales effectively

Take attractive photos, write clear product descriptions, and manage online listings

Build and maintain relationships with new and repeat customers

Coordinate with the warehouse or delivery team for order fulfillment

Track and report daily sales activity and customer feedback

Stay updated on product knowledge and market trends

Requirements:

Proven experience in online selling (Facebook, OKz.ca, or similar)

Strong communication, customer service, and negotiation skills

Ability to handle multiple chats, calls, and listings at once

Knowledge of furniture products is a plus

Basic photography and writing skills for listing ads

Comfortable using smartphones and basic editing apps/tools


Pay - base salary plus commission
