One of our Customers looking for an experienced Food Dry mixer. The Mixer is responsible for preparing the dough in accordance with the required specifications. The role includes measuring, mixing, and verifying ingredients, as well as operating the mixing equipment safely and efficiently.

Position: Dry Mix Batcher
Location: Concord, ON L4K 0A5
Monday to Friday ( some days weekend)
Shift: 7:00 am to finish (8 to 12 hrs)
Pay: $17.20 up to (Based on progress)

Important Note: Must have own reliable transportation. Should be available to work weekends as needed during busy seasons and should be able to sustain 12 hours of shift some days.

Key Responsibilities:
• Accurately follow mixing instructions and formulas
• Operate industrial mixers and equipment
• Inspect and verify ingredients before mixing
• Monitor mixing times, consistency, and batch quality
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the work area
• Follow all GMP and food safety standards
• Assist with loading/unloading materials and ingredients
• Support general production tasks as needed

Qualifications & Working Conditions:
• Previous experience in a bakery, food manufacturing, or mixing role preferred
• Ability to lift up to 25 kg/40 lbs and stand for long periods
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes
• Punctual, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to comprehend verbal and written instruction (English).
• Basic math skills.
• Be able to work in a loud environment.
• Be able to work flexible hours.
